I switched from mSpy to FlexiSPY. No problems, just nearing time to renew and unsure if I should remain with mSpy, or if a different provider might be a pleasant change or better value for money

I switched from mSpy to FlexiSPY. I purchased mSpy from Premium representatives and am very dissatisfied with the product. The installation went without a hitch... However,
almost no data arrive and if they do, then once a day and that relates exclusively to the call list. It just doesn't work! I have tried it on two different, rooted, compatible Android devices.
When I attempted to contact customer service quietly after a few hours I was finally lucky enough to speak to a real person, he couldn't help me either he seemed completely incompetent to me incompetent to me and actually asked me if I would leave fake 5-star reviews on Trustpilot and Sitejabber in exchange for a 4 week extra subscrition! He said a lot of customers do that which doesn't surprise me because otherwise this product could hardly achieve this reputation

Switched from Wispy to FlexiSPY. When I made the payment Wispy did not send me an e-mail with a code but they registered an account and I got a QR to download the application on the target phone.
When downloading it on the phone to be monitored I had problems at the end of the installation because the icon was not hidden.
In his control panel there was some incoherent location data, calls and sms and my subscription did not appear. I waited 48 hours to see if the logs were uploaded.... but nothing.
Send an email to customer service on July 4 reporting problems and asking for help. When he did not answer me today, July 9, I have written another one.
On the 5th day after the first email I cannot access any of his pages, not even those saved in history. I get ERROR DNS_PROBE_STARTED
