I switched to FlexiSPY after using Highster Mobile. Highster was supposed to monitor text message that are deleted as well as phone calls and it does not. It should also block phone calls and apps. Neither of these features work as promised. In addition, the phone support is impossible. I get either a robot or long hold time with no answer. When I connected the account with iCloud, it worked in the beginning but when I need to monitor my daughters phone it doesn’t work because she doesn’t have internet to sync with the cloud or backup. I have been unable to download photos from her device and end up checking her phone only to find that she has deleted everything before I could see it. The app was expensive and does not work at all as advertised and they refuse to refund or help me.
I purchased flexispy to monitor my child's phone use. This helped so much knowing where she was and making sure no predators were involved. Love flexispy ease of use as compared to the other spy app, flexispy was invisible and she could not remove it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peace of mind! Technical support was always willing to help.
I switched to FlexiSPY from Spyic using FlexiSPYs trade-in program. With Spyic I wasn't receiving outgoing text messages, only a few. Basically like whenever it wanted to show an outgoing one. I wasn't receiving all the call logs, incoming or outgoing. It said I would be able to see Facebook, Messenger, Snapchat activity, all I get are keyloggers, not really saying much. The messages just show randomly, there isn't any particular order. It doesn't even show new pictures taken or sent. There re multiple features that I would like to use but they just say you can't access this, or this app isn't activated, when I know that they are. Also I contacted them via email they responded a few times then they stopped, I was asking for the license key, buy I never received it. I just feel like I wasted my money.
I found flexispy while surfing the web. It is an amazing product. My sole purpose was to monitor the activity on my children phones. Flexispy exceeds all my expectations especially with all the features that are offered. I love the fact that it shows the contacts exactly how they are programmed in the phone and it shows precise location of where my children ate. There have been no problems with flexispy that I have experienced. So far I have not had to use tech support for help on using the product. I have used copy9 in the past and I must say that copy9 did not offer half as much as flexispy. Flexispy is highly recommended by me to anyone who may have concerns about what their children are up to while not in their presence. It can also be used by companies to monitor employees or for your own personal use of just backing up your device. I give flexispy a 10 out of 10 when rated against competitors product.
I am peaceful now because my son who is 13 and has had 3 previous criminal actions now can be monitorred.
He does not understand how dangerous this can be.
All I need is located on my Flexispy dash board so I can see what is happening.
The program does not interfere with any of his apps, texts messages and it can be installed less than 15 minutes.

I just wanted to take the time to thank FlexiSpy for this program. I am monitoring my daughter who is 12 and has had 1 previous interaction with a young man I feel was grooming her for abduction. She can be naive and does not understand yet how dangerous this world can be. I am in the process of teaching her how to be smarter but in the mean time I will look out for her safety as much as possible. She knows that I have installed this on her phone and tablet just for her safety. She is not happy about it being on her electronics but we have come to an agreement and so she said yes to the installation. The program does not interfere with any of her apps, texts messages, pictures, chats or posts on social media or with her friends. and it realisticly took less than 20 minutes to install.
But it has been invaluable to me as a mother to know who she's talking to, where she is going and how she is getting around. I can check her location, her texts, and her videos. All I need is located on my Flexispy dash board and I can see what is happening. It brings me the peace of mind that helps a mother sleep better at night.
You can even use your phone to link the device to a hot spot (if you have a hot pot on your phone) to get all the information the program stores, down loaded to the Flexispy dashboard. It really is that simple.
I recommend this for parents who just want to make sure their kiddo comes home at night.
On the idea of the flexispy, it is a great spying app for parentla monitoring, staff monitoring etc etc.

I would direct all to use this app especially for parental spying. You'd be shocked at the things you'd learn about when you're not in the room with your kids. Everything regarding Flexispy, no problems at all.
I bought premium version for my child monitoring. I used technical support for installation and they were very helpful and patient. they answered my questions politely. I could see the calls, e-mails, locations etc. The only problem is, whatsapp messages: I couldn't see all of the messages but keylogs was very helpful in this situation. I wrote about the problem and support team formed a ticket for me. I advised FlexySPY because before I bought it, I researched quite a bit among products, and the FlexySPY presented the most options; you can monitor in every way. They deserved the payment.
